An architect had specified triangular mesh on a customer’s drawings so we made this prototype.  This project never went any further (and would be much more expensive than normal mesh due to the labour involved) but it was interesting to explore what is possible.  The triangles here measure about 50mm on each side and we added U-section edging as it seemed the most appropriate way to edge the panel.    

We had a request from a customer to make a pair of reinforcing cages with a very high level of accuracy.  This cage was made to +/-2mm (whereas +/-25mm is more the industry norm).
